Crane Equipment in Lebanon: Mobile, Tower, and Construction Cranes
AdvisorLB Team
Cranes in Lebanon are mostly rented rather than owned. Major rental yards in Beirut's Dora and Mount Lebanon's Jdeideh stock units from 8 to 200 tonnes. Tower cranes are erected on high-rise sites and dismantled at topping out.

- All-terrain cranes: larger capacity, off-road capable.
- Rough-terrain cranes: compact, used on confined sites.
- Tower cranes: rented monthly, mounted on the building, dismantled by another crane.
- Crawler cranes: tracked, very high capacity for infrastructure projects.
