Trampoline Parks in Lebanon: Jump, Climb, and Burn Energy
AdvisorLB Team
Trampoline parks are a great answer to a rainy Saturday or a birthday party with energetic kids. Most Lebanese venues feature a main court of connected trampolines, plus angled walls, foam pits, dodgeball courts, and ninja-style obstacles.
Sessions and pricing
- Most parks sell time-based jump sessions (60–90 minutes is typical).
- Grip socks are required and sold at the entrance — bring your own if you've been before.
- Family packages and weekday discounts are common.
Safety basics
- One jumper per trampoline whenever possible.
- No backflips or double-jumps unless you're experienced and the venue allows it.
- Younger kids should have a dedicated toddler area with shorter, softer trampolines.
- Watch for posted weight and age limits, especially for foam pits and ninja runs.
Birthday parties
- Most parks offer party packages with a dedicated host, food, and decorated table.
- Book 2–3 weeks ahead for weekend afternoons.
- Confirm any age cutoffs and whether parents need to pay for jump access too.
