Founded 2017 by Noël Abinader, Chris Fadel (trained brewer and chemist) and food engineer/microbiologist Marc Bou Zeidan. Launched core range of Amber Ale, IPA and Wheat Beer in November 2018. Brewery and taproom on Charles Helou Highway, Mar Mikhael, Achrafieh, Beirut. All beers brewed naturally with no additives or preservatives. Country Winner at the World Beer Awards 2023 (Aleph) and 2024 (Pilsner), with 18+ international awards.
